We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced urgent care team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, provides high-quality patient care, and is comfortable treating a wide range of acute conditions across all age groups.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
  • Perform physical exams and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, labs, EKGs)
  • Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision & drainage, and wound care
  • Prescribe medications and provide patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EMR
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • Current, active NP or PA license in CA
  • Board certification (FNP, ENP, or PA-C)
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS certification
  • Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

Work Schedule

  • Flexible scheduling available
  • 8 and 12-hour shifts
  • Some weekends
